I've been where you are
Three years ago I was running a coworking space for a corporate company, living in London and I hated it! I wanted more freedom and to be my own boss. So I quit my job and decided to set up my VA business.
Within 4 weeks I had 5 clients and within 6 months I hired an associate, I was well on my way to a successful business. But it wasn’t without mistakes and not what I had imagined. I was working stupid hours, I set no boundaries with my clients and was vastly undercharging!
